"The quality of work and attention to detail was far above any company we've used before. Their prices were the best out of all the quotes we received. Also, the owner George took the time to break down everything he was doing for me. It was refreshing to be treated as an equal to my husband. Too often when we work with a company I feel like they only care about speaking to the "man of the house." There wasn't an ounce of that or any other toxic behavior here. I was at ease having them in my house when I was alone with my kids. We have had zero issues with our boiler since the install. The job was completed promptly, but with great care. Everyone showed up when expected. No cases of waiting around for hours (or days) after we were told work would be done. We are so happy with the results that we decided to have Pfluke back in a few months to install a split AC unit for us. I will leave a new or updated review after those services are complete. I don't often leave reviews. However, when it is warranted, I feel the need to both show my appreciation and to spread the knowledge to others who are looking for a trustworthy company. Pfluke is the real deal. If you're looking for a master of his craft who is also reliable, fair, kind, patient, informative and honest...look no further. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. Looking forward to see how it performs next fall and winter."
