"This is the largest remodeling project we've ever done, so we didn't know what to expect. From the very first contact Kenny was personable and professional, and was instrumental in helping us decide our best options. We followed many of his suggestions, but when we didn't he was totally fine when we wanted to go a different direction. I'm probably not the easiest person to work for, and I'm sure Kenny had to feel some frustration at times with my demands, but he took it all in stride and always remained pleasant. There will always be hiccups in a job this size and I'll admit we had our share. When I felt Kenny missed something or didn't do something to my satisfaction I always brought it to his attention and he was quick to fix whatever it was. Fortunately it was very easy to communicate with Kenny, and I believe he felt the same way towards us which help the whole process go smoothly. "          It went very well. The contractor came out to see what the job entailed. He put us on his schedule right away. We explained that we needed to clean out the garage and we would call. The contractor was very patient and when we did call he arranged to come the following Saturday. He was on time and did a very good job. It took more time than the coupon stated but he had warned us and told us his rate for additional hours when he came to look at the job.He worked hard and did  not take any breaks.All in all we were very satisfied with the entire experience.
