He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. We did request an end-cap for one of our gutters that was included in the quote, but they never came back out to install. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice for them to have performed the work. Overall was a good choice for us at a nice price and would recommend."
