Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it. With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were also insistent about putting protective paper down everywhere they worked to protect the flooring. At the end of the day, they swept, vacuumed, and mopped any debris that was remaining. "The initial Sales Consultant seemed very knowledgeable on how to resolve my airflow challenge. Yet when the techs arrived it was as if they'd never heard from the initial Consultant. If I'd not been on sight to watch what the workers were doing to resolve the airflow, they wouldn't have resolved the issue correctly. I am concerned with internal communications. "Above and beyond service. The service tech that came to our home, Angel, was professional and courteous. He listened to the problem were experiencing, let us know his game plan and went right to work. After those efforts did not reveal the cause and technically had done the job, he continued to investigate the problems. Turns out a tree root was growing up, into our home, via the sanitary pipe. He then took great measures to rid us of that tangled mess, the root, replaced the broken flange and had us functional again. Highly recommend this contractor and ask for Angel."
