"I paid $13,000 for a walk in tub install I provided the tub and water heater they sent out a unlicensed electrician and plumber didn't pull a permit didn't do the job according to local code and left the job unfinished they had 40 hours into the job and less than a $1,000 in material so I paid $300 a hour for labor for unlicensed workers? would not recommend them to anyone.their installer was hard working guy however I feel like I paid way to much."

If she had a question, she consulted us before proceeding. If we had questions, she answered them promptly. The job was done in less than a month. The results were beautiful.
