"The installation of the walk-in shower was done in a very timely and professional manner."

"Excellent. Nicole sold me on the order; Dan and Mahadi were great installers. They did the work in a timely manner & cleaned up their mess perfectly. I adore the new bathtub & surroundings. I highly recommend this group for all your bathroom or remodeling needs as I would definitely hire them again!!"

"Kyle and Alex did a fantastic job of changing our old tub/shower combination to a walk-in shower and we love it. Our install date was moved up by four days as our material came in early, so that gave us a few extra days to enjoy as my husband is recovering from mobility issues. They worked great together and were super respectful of our home while here, which was less than 7 hours - will definitely request them for the next bathroom renovation."

"1. 1st person did a terrible job - Seams didn't fit.
2.  2nd person came and took down all work of 1st person and redid - excellent workmanship - however one post had scratch marks in it. Worker said he would have office call to discuss resolution. Office never called."

"I hate paying others to do work that I can do, but we were rushed & I am not fast and have been known to have to redo plumbing. Mom was no longer able to lift self over tub for tub shower & won't let me help & give my wife incredible resistance, so mom's hygiene was getting bad. My wife talked me into letting someone else do it & of the 4 companies we interviewed, Kevin at Bath Planet impressed us the most, gave us the best price by far, best start time & best assurance of a 1-day job. We are very happy with Bath Planet."

"He put in a beautiful new spigot and cut a hole in the basement bathroom wall, but fixed the drywall by installing a little door that gives any future plumbers access to those pipes! All of this on a Saturday morning at the last minute, so we wouldn't have to go all weekend without water! And for the much more reasonable price of $330. He also organized it so I could pay him online -- very convenient! Love, C. Wellen"

"They did a great job, very patient and helpful with material selections. The install crew was efficient, timely and clean. All in all a great experience from beginning to end."

"We had a backed-up sewer in our basement and garage found late on Friday night, we called them and they came out to help us that very night. They assessed the issue and cleared what they could, helped us to be able to still use the pipe until they could come out and permanently fix the issue, which was done first thing Monday morning. They went above and beyond for us, they explained the situation and what they needed to do to fix it. They also made sure we were not taken advantage of when it came to the repairs, due to the break in the line not being our responsibility, because it was at the main hook up for our sewer supply from our water company. They were very professional, helpful, and all-around AWESOME!"

"Great experience with DIY. Pasha was extremely responsive and very helpful at showing materials. He provided an excellent and thorough estimate. He was so kind and met me at a few showrooms to look at counter tops, tile, and cabinet options. Materials were excellent quality and appreciated his attention to detail. Definitely recommend in the future."
