They assessed the issue and cleared what they could, helped us to be able to still use the pipe until they could come out and permanently fix the issue, which was done first thing Monday morning. They went above and beyond for us, they explained the situation and what they needed to do to fix it. They also made sure we were not taken advantage of when it came to the repairs, due to the break in the line not being our responsibility, because it was at the main hook up for our sewer supply from our water company. "The whole experience was wonderful. I was referred to Classic Marble and Granite by a friend. My project manager, Kristi McGaugh, showed me around the warehouse area to choose some options. She was very knowledgeable in helping me decide a choice to closely match the backsplash in our home. The process of taking out the laminate and replacing with the marble countertops ran very smoothly and the installers did an excellent job. Tom was able to find a new fan motor that fit in the existing hole avoiding the new to repair a larger hole. He was on time and professional and and competitive with regard to fist. "Sean Wright was always professional, prompt, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. I was not sure of some things I wanted to do and Sean made suggestions of various options I had not thought of, then talked through the pros and cons of each idea until I came up with a decision of what would work best for me and what I wanted to accomplish. This was invaluable in helping me manage the costs. The work he and his team did was excellent quality and they cleaned up every day before they left, and made it as easy as possible for me to live in the house while it was being renovated/remodeled.

The subcontractors were also good for the most part. The plumber and HVAC people were competent and completed their work in a timely manner and the pricing was reasonable. The cabinet maker was excellent. He built custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets to my design and measurements and installed them for less than half what Lowes had quoted for similar cabinets and they look great.

The electrical contractor, Kennedy Electric did good work but the price was twice what I had expected and took months longer than it should have.

I would not hesitate to recommend SLW for any size construction or remodeling job. I will be contacting them again later in the summer for some work on the exterior of the house.
