The technician could have just said it was the opener, costing us some $$$, but he evaluated the situation and was honest, which provided us with a significant cost savings. "Excellent job! Not only did they come out on a late Saturday evening with no extra charge. They picked up the part Monday morning and installed it. They did this all on my schedule. They were extremely nice at my house, and explained a lot to me about the garage door unit, and ways to keep it running longer. They even waived the service call since we were Angie's List members (Keep in mind they had to come out 2 times).
