"Sprinkler Doctors responded to my initial request quickly, and based on the information they recommended a 1-hour system check and not a complete change-out as I thought I wanted/needed. So I set up a system check. Mark arrived on time and we walked through the system. In that 1-hour span, he fixed the valve, corrected two leaks including capping an old line, , reran a drip line, discussed other irrigation system ideas/limitations, and tested all the work. Instead of spending $500+ it was all fixed for $85. Mark was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company."

"From estimate to completion, Ryan and his team were perfection. A few examples: They took pictures of the placement of flower pots so they could be replaced exactly. They invited me out at certain stages to photograph the line placement for my records. Ryan programed the irrigation timer, discussed it with me and then noted the schedule on my invoice for future reference. All materials were high quality and expertly put together. Once they were finished, they raked, swept and hosed everything down. The yard looks better today than it did before they arrived. Hands down, the best irrigation company out there. "They were prompt with coming to do an estimate. They were flexible with scheduling (I scheduled them and then had to reschedule the day before). They were prompt on the day of the job. <br /> <br /> They brought 2 crews and were quick and efficient with the work. We had one unfortunate incident - while one of the workers was trimming a bush near the house, a rock or something shot up and broke a window. I was very impressed that they didn't hesitate at all with taking responsibility or try to suggest that the window had already been broken. They also took responsibility for contacting a window repair vendor and getting it repaired quickly. Because of the cost to repair the window (double-paned, unfortunately), I don't think they ended up making much money on this job; however, their ethical and prompt handling of the broken window resulted in an impressed customer who will not hesitate to call them again."

"THIS IS THE 2ND TIME WE'VE USED PRACTICAL ENGINEERING, BUT FOR A NEW SERVICE. WE HAD A LEAKING DIAPHRAGM ON AN EXISTING SPRINKLER VALVE WHICH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. ALSO WANTED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL VALVE FOR BETTER WATER USAGE. MR. KROLL SUGGESTED I COULD SAVE SOME MONEY IF I'D GET THE PRIMARY MATERIALS MYSELF. I AGREED TO DO THIS, & HE INSPECTED THE VALVES AND A FLOW REGULATION VALVE FOR THE NEW DRIP LINE. I CALLED HIM WHEN I HAD OBTAINED THE MATERIALS & HE SCHEDULED THE WORK WITHIN THE NEXT DAY OR 2. HE SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, COMPLETED THE WORK AS ADVERTISED, AND AT THE PRICE QUOTED. HE PROVIDED THE FITTINGS, PIPE AND HOSE TO COMPLETE THE JOB AS PART OF HIS QUOTE. PRICE WAS WELL-BELOW THE 2 OR 3 OTHER ESTIMATES I WAS ABLE TO GET ON THE PHONE."
