"Payne Roofing did an excellent job with my roof repair. They did a thorough survey of the work needed and provided high resolution pictures of all the areas in question. The finished work quality was excellent and again followed up with great pictures of work accomplished. The billing and scheduling was 100% hassle free. The workers left a clean worksite when finished. The cost for the job was very reasonable for the quality of services performed, I will definitely use them for my roofing needs in the future!"

"True Built did an excellent job on my tile roof replacement. Weston Farnes was the rep who came to my house and quoted the job. Once the job started he was always available for questions day or night. The crew did a great job and made sure clean up was done each night when they left. I would highly recommend True Built to anyone who needs roofing repair or replacement."

"Every body involved in the job, from the ladies in the office, Terry the saleman, Scott the project manager, Francisco the foreman of the crew, the crew, and the 2 gentlemen in charge of installing the tubular skylights, were all very professional and and nice. They were all willing to help me and answer all my questions. Yes, I would refer them to my friends."

"From quote to completion, communication was superior. The culture of this company is evident from owner to roofers: expertise, professionalism, work ethic, customer service, and results. We are very pleased with our new roof, and will trust this company any time we need any of the services they provide."

"The roof on my house received wind damage from a very windy storm. 1st contractor didn't show to do the job when he said he would! Called Scott (Field Manager) w/Beach Ventures 5 hours after the "No show" and he was able to show up to the job site THAT DAY! He saw the roof was exposed to the elements so he went to Walmart to buy some tarps to cover it until his crew could do the job. It seemed to me , that he was more concerned about the roof being exposed and wanting to protect it, then he was about winning the bid! VERY IMPRESSED! He was here from 4:PM till 6:30PM. When he left, I had the roof protected along with a written estimate of the work. Compared to the other quotes I got, the quote was in the middle of the pack. Scott stayed in contact with me for the scheduling which was two days off. The very next day the owner of the company, Zane, showed up to evaluate the job to see what would be needed. His crew showed up the next day, earlier than expected and started on the job immediately. They even continued there work during a down poor of rain! A bit latter, Zane (the 0wner) showed up and got up on the roof with his crew until the job was completed! He even looked at the entire roof and replace a few other broken tile. It is very rare to come across a contractor and crew that are so dedicated to, not only their work, but to their customer. Scott and Zane both, exhibited a concern for the repair as if it was their own house! I couldn't be more pleased with their concern, efforts, craftsmanship, and diligence! I'll never use anyone else again!"

"TSM roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. I contacted 3 companies to quote my 3.000 square foot roof. Tyler was the first to come out and give me a quote. When I compared all 3 quotes using the exact same materials Tyler’s TSM quote was significantly lower than the other two companies. Not only did the crew arrive on time to start the job but they had 8 or 9 guys on the job and and knocked it out in 2 and a half days. Two of my neighbors commented to me that their roofing contractor took a full week and they only had 3 or 4 guys on their crew. The foreman of the crew took pictures and showed me two areas where the wood was bad and needed to be replaced. I also had several broken tiles that were replaced. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up the area around the house. The office staff, Courtney and Carolyn were a pleasure to work with as well. I know three other people who have used TSM and all have had a great experience. I like knowing that I have a 20 year transferable warranty and I also like the idea of supporting a smaller, local family owned business rather than supporting one of the overpriced large companies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TSM Roofing."

"I am a general contractor and have used Ridge Roofing on multiple projects. My homeowners are always happy with the professionalism of the crews and I appreciate their quick install times and service calls. Have already recommended them to other friends and will continue to use them."

"Had my roof replaced last month. They work clean and finished the job fast. Great prices and quality work! Definitely would recommend 480 roofing!"

"Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. In our small home office we replaced an old skylight with new double glass skylight with a shade system and this has made a big difference in the office. Sunshine Experts, LLC did a great job for us and we are very happy to recommend them when anyone asks us about our experience."
