"We could not have asked for an easier time with Mr. Bill. Our outdoor spigot was broken - there was just a dribble of water coming out. We found this deal on Angie's List and Mr. Bill contacted us to schedule a day and time to come and look at our spigot. He just asked me to send him a picture via text so that he could be prepared to fix it before he even got there.
