"Very responsive from the initial call-back to the inspection. The inspectors provided many options and gave several recommendations. Once I agreed to have the water heater replaced, the inspectors left and indicated that the install technicians would be over to perform the work. The installers arrived within an hour or so and replaced the water heater. They did excellent work and upgraded a few connections in the process. I would recommend this company for plumbing work."

"Called early this morning, and I was able to get a rep out here within a few hours of my call. I really appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of both Connie (who I spoke with this morning), and Joshua (who did the work).
I put a 'B' for the price because I have no idea what this type of service usually costs (I did not shop around), but I know plumbing fixes are generally expensive, so I figure that the price charged is comparatively fair.
