"I called to set up to have someone replace my water heater. The person in the office was very nice and professional. She set up the time and date that matched my schedule and the serviceman showed up on time, actually 10 mins early. The plumber was nice and professional as well, he drained out my water heater, removed the old heater and installed the new heater. He explained the manufacturer's warranty to me and told me about things to look out for, so I could extend the life of my new heater. For example if my tempature drops again to check the thermostat and if its still set correctly then have a plumber install new elements. Its less expensive then replacing a heater. He packed up his tools and left me a card for future plumbing problems. Overall it was a great experience."
