"The owner was awesome even from the beginning getting a quote.  He worked around my child's nap schedule to not disturb anything.  His quote was very fair, his crew arrived on time and they worked quickly and efficiently.  One thing in particular that was nice was their attentiveness to our home.  They always removed their shoes when inside and took extra precaution with their ladders inside to not scratch our hardwoods.  Found them based on Angies list, and would definitely recommend/use again.  Our windows have literally never looked this nice since we have lived here."

"We had a couple of our windows replaced by Penke today, unfortunately we didn't get to meet them as both my partner and I were at work BUT the windows are perfect, not a speck of dust or debris and a lovely little note left behind which was very much appreciated. As tenants we can't speak for the value not knowing the cost but I really cannot stress enough the house was left exactly as they found it... except for the flies they let in but I suppose we can forgive that. Cleanest contractors I've ever encountered. Thanks guys!"

"After getting 6 different bids for our project we decided to go with Zach and his crew. We had heard wonderful things from several people who have used him in the past. Zach kept us informed throughout the project and explained everything step by step. I don't think there was a time throughout the entire process where Zach didn't return a call or a text within seconds. As it always happens with a large construction project, there were a few times where plans needed to be changed. Zach worked with us, explained things, and did everything possible to ensure that our garage was in fact everything that we wanted it to be. I wouldn't change a single thing about it. Every single person on the crew was extremely professional and in good spirits everyday. It truly was a pleasure to do business with Zach, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the future."

"Installed windows in one bedroom and the master bath. Generally went well but compared to an earlier experience with Renewal by Andersen the installers were not as professional and did not clean up as well. The new windows were dirty on the inside and outside and they left some debris on the bedroom floor. When the Andersen installers left the windows were clean and the floor was spotless. Having said that these windows were almost 50% less expensive so I would probably use them again and just ask them to clean up better before they leave. <br />"

"It started in December where our garage door remote and the wall button would start to open or close our door really slow, usually leaving it opened part way. We would have to unplug opener to reset it or close it by hand. It would work for a month or so and then it would do the same thing again!  After 3-4 trips he finally replaced the logic board,  and reprogram the remote that ended up having to be replaced a couple months later.  <br />"

"I waited for service, it was done quickly. Good explanation of what not to do after - ie; car wash - on phone when making appointment and after replacement. Friendly staff. The office/waiting area could use a spruce up, tired looking. Overall great experience. <br />"

"Jay came out and did a fantastic job on the windows. It took around two hours. The glass looks fantastic. However, the screen door was a different matter. He said that he would take the existing screen door back to the shop, clean it up and get back to us with a price. After he left from installing the windows we noticed that he took the dog protectant screens(and didn[t leave a note that he had done this). It took until April 22 to get the screen door back and installed. They did not return any text, email or phone calls. All we wanted to know was what is the status of our screen door. Finally, my wife and I made a road trip to their office. After which, we got it resolved in two days. We believe they are good at installations, but need work on the commo and organizational skills. We would use them again,but would have the work spelled out clearer. If they would have done the work when promised, I would have given them a five star performace. <br />"

"E3 Replaced 9 windows on the front of my 24 year old house. From beginning to end the process took about a month from ordering to installation. I was very pleased working with Devin. The owners were great to talk to and really walked through how the installation was going to work. I'm very happy with the product that they used (ProVia Windows) and I plan on having them back to replace more windows next spring. The installers worked quickly and took care to keep the inside of my house clean while they worked. I'm very happy with E3 and highly recommend them for window replacement work. The only area of improvement would be in scheduling the installation date; which wasn't given to us until the day before they showed up."

"We hired HSP construction to update our powder room bathroom. We wanted to add insulation, drywall, get rid of a window and laundry shoot, fix flooring, plumbing, and add a bath fan and electrical outlet. HSP was able to do it all. Chuck Leo required us to select and pay for our vanity, toilet, mirrors, towel bar, and accessories. They offered to pick large items up at store if they were held under our name. HSP estimated 2 weeks for the job and that's how long it took. Each day they communicated what they were going to work on, when leaving for lunch or the day. They were clean, polite, professional and answered all our questions. We never saw them wasting time on their cell phones or taking extremely long breaks. We were able to email the office for questions or concerns about anything. I was so thankful that the worker tested the bathroom grab bar after installing. He discovered it damaged the wall and would not hold weight. He went to the store to find a better grab bar that worked perfect. Can't imagine how awful that would have been if myself or our handicap parents would have fallen with that grab bar. The workmanship is nicely done. I would highly recommend HSP for your construction project big or small. We will hire them again."
