If I do not get to the alarm in time, they will call me. I have had a couple of times where my grandson set the alarm and I went into the garage and did not hear it go off and the next thing that I knew the police were there. There is a $25 fine for those. It has nothing to do with the alarm company. If the city gets called out 3 times, the first time is $25, second time is $45, the third time is an additional $45, and they evaluate the system. That has not happened yet. I have been happy with them. It runs strictly by cell phone. They are right on it when that alarm goes off. They sent it to me and it had all of the parts and then I installed it and it is fairly simple to do.
