"Unexpected delays; job is not complete yet. No Problems. After old cabinet and wall removal, we had an inspection and got a surprise. The inspector requested we remove all drywall from ceilings in 2 rooms, kitchen and adjoining room (not in the Plan!). Bruce was patient explaining what was next, why the extra work and cost had to be, and the impact it would have on his timeline. He was very fair and made us feel confident about the project, though the whole ordeal was a stressful thing to deal with. All of this has set our finish date back. Which gives me the chance to do another review. I intend to post a before and after photo if allowed. Bruce has given us fair pricing and is thorough in answering all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and methodical. He's always patient, even with all of our change orders! I definitely want to hire him for other custom projects down the road. Photos included are original kitchen and pass-through that was removed. Tear out was ugly, so here's an up- to-date pic from today."

"Remember when a store advertised their appliances as Good, Better, Best? I like that and these guys understand when I asked for better or best in replacement parts. I picked out the showerhead/ faucet units; they installed them both. They clean up after themselves and cart away the trash. I looked at the website and picked out the shower unit. There are three men - Paul (former owner), Greg (current owner), and Nick (helper)...all very friendly. And good. And flexible. At first I thought I would be fine without a shower door but once the new unit was in, I decided that it needed a door. So they ordered it and came back a week later to install it."
