I had specifically asked Claude to call and let me know what day the gutters would be installed so that I could keep my cats in the house. I also had wanted a downspout relocated. He never called; I just came home one day and found the job had been done. Cleanup was pretty sloppy, too. I found at least a dozen screws and several pieces of aluminum from my old gutters all along the perimeter of the house. Claude did tell me that they subcontract their gutter work."
