They came to unclog a drain and discovered there was a broken pipe.  The concern was how far down the break was and if it was outside of our unit.  We were able to get access to the unit below, coordinating with J. Blanton, my tenant and the owner of the unit below. We did have to cut a hole in the wall.  The issue was contained to our unit and the hole in the wall was relatively small.  Plumbers were responsive and professional.  I highly recommend J. "This visit from the Plumber went flawlessly!  The Plumber showed up 30 minutes early - with a phone call ahead of time to be sure that was okay.  Talk about punctuality and professionalism!  The Plumber was extremely polite protecting my floors from his outside shoes, he was great with my dog, I asked him to be sure the bathroom door remained closed during and after the job to be sure the dog didn't get in there, he followed my request perfectly! The bathroom was left in perfect condition upon his departure - you couldn't even tell there was work done in there! The faucet now works great and I have not had one issue with it since! We were very happy with the quality of the refinishing of our cast iron tub and the color/finish was perfect. Fast forward 3 years and the finish started to peel off. We contacted them about their 5 year warranty and a technician came out today and removed the defective coating and refinished the entire tub in less than 2 hours for free. This is what a warranty should be. No questions and no hassles.
