"I did a ton of research on the best windows and best installation companies. I met with 9 total window companies. In the end, I narrowed the window manufacturers down to Okna and Soft-lite. Meister happened to sell/install both. Allen and his son came out to show me both windows. They were very straightforward on pros and cons and they didn't try to pull any sales tricks like some of the other companies I met with did. Their pricing was also very fair. In the end, I ended up going with the Soft-lite windows. Three months later Meister came out to install the windows (8 total). I also had them install ~90' of 6" gutters w/ guards and soffit. Over the course of three days, they worked very hard to get everything done. They were friendly and courteous. Just overall nice guys doing great work. The window screen frames from the factory were a bit sub-par. Allen noticed this while installing and ordered me replacement frames which just got installed today. Soft-lite got involved too and sent a very nice guy out to help. Everything looks great and I couldn't be happier going with Meister. They really care about their clients and do great work. They even added some very nice decorative capping around the windows. We plan on re-doing our family room in a few years and there is no doubt I'll be having Meister do the windows. Thank you!"

After the installation was completed they cleaned up everything so well that you wouldn't have know anything was done. "Great family owned small business!  Called on Wednesday to get a quote and covers were installed Friday!!  Donna was great on the phone, very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and provide an accurate quote.  She explained the difference between the lexan other companies use and the fiberglass that they use and why its better.  Dave came out the next day to measure each well and double check the quote.  Dave was the only one out of 4 companies I called that actually came out and measured the covers before making them!  To make sure they were right the first time! The others just gave a quote over the phone.  <br /> Dave was back within 24hrs with the new covers made and installed them in about an hour.  He made sure they fit properly and the locks were installed correctly.  He made sure we know how to open the locks and get out quickly if needed.  They fit perfect and look great!.  Highly recommend!  Excellent workmanship and customer service! <br />"

"We had the windows installed in mid January, which I was nervous about. Most windows were out and new ones installed in about 20 minutes. The doors left the room exposed for an hour or more, because the work was more extensive. Even in 20 degree temperatures, the heating bill was not appreciably higher for January. Tom and his team lead Paul were very professional and responsive. Worked the days they were scheduled, and the installation looks nice. They removed valences and blinds as needed and made the process pretty painless. I like the windows so far, easy to open and look nice from the outside. Tom provided a very fair price."

"Airetite has replaced windows on two different homes we've owned. They are always responsive. Rich their estimator is easy to work with. There are no slick presentations and pushy sales presentations, like from other companies. The products are great and exceptionally fair priced. The price is what it is. They don't start high and negotiate back and forth, wasting your time. Rich did not try to sell us windows with the extra security features for upstairs windows since that would not likely be where someone would try to break a window to come in. They have a great reputation and positive references. They offer a long list of nearby references. They work quickly and meticulously. They took great detail in finishing the interior trim work (real old world craftmanship) and it is included in the price. They also took great care to recreate long gone detail for the outdoor trim and moulding around the bowed front window. That was an unexpected treat that left us delighted. In the first home they did for us, I mistakenly directed them to remove a window from the landing at the top of a staircase. Because the window was never used, we had not planned to replace it. But, by mistake, I told them to start on that window. Once the old window was out, they realized there was no replacement window, since one was never ordered by me. It was totally my mistake. But, they checked with their warehouse and found a window that would fit (it was an odd size). The window was a higher quality window than the others we had ordered. But they did not charge us for it!! They have a person that comes out during the work to check progress and quality of the work (Wojtec). He was so helpful in explaining how the windows operated and came back promptly when one needed to be adjusted. The two experiences we have had have been ideal. We have recommended Airetite to others. A co-worker just had them replace the windows in her condo. Airetite worked very well with the condo associations about their rules. My coworker could not have been more delighted as well. Don't bother spending a lot of time checking out others. We did all that originally and would have no hesitation recommending Airetite to others or using them again.
