"I used them for years. Since we moved we have been using the provider closer to us. They put in several monitors after having termite problems. They were supposed to come monitor them. They just started only monitoring a few of the devices not all of them. They scheduled an appointment with us, and I took the time off to wait for them and they never came out. I called them, and they had anciently gone to our neighbor's house by mistake and inspected it and filled out a report for their house not ours. We rescheduled the appointment and did not show up then either. When I called the office, she did not have the appointment on her calendar. They were not the least bit apologetic. As soon as our contract ends with them we will be changing to another company."

"Company was professional and came out, inspected and set traps for mice. Signed on for 60 day warranty to have follow up visits for routine inspection. Continued to call and state problem was not resolved and stated to individual who came out for follow on inspections. After several calls had another individual come out and inspect. Said we were likely dealing with squirrels and not mice. Said we should seal house and there was nothing further they could help with. Problem still is not resolved and working with new pest company to resolve the issue."
