The floors were sanded multiple times, stained, and coated with polyurethane to protect them. Justin was prompt and quickly fit us into his schedule. The process took a few days but Justin was very flexible with our timeline as we had additional projects going on as well. After each day of work, the house was cleaned up, leaving no messes or additional sawdust from the sanding processs. I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local. He was very professional and did a fabulous job repairing the bathroom floor that had been damaged from moisture. He is very conscientious and will not leave until you're happy!
