"I contacted with Walter's Home Improvement to install an under-deck rain removal system.  My deck has additional supporting structures which complicated the job.  Several contractors had recommended against installing a rain removal or diverter system due to my unique deck design.   Walter looked over the work and immediately recognized the difficulty involved.  After some careful study, he suggested a solution which made sense, and I agreed with his proposal.  He engineered the system and supervised its construction.  After testing, he made additional modifications that improved the overall performance of the system.  The finished product is attractive, brighten up the area under the deck and is fully functional.  Although not a perfect solution, the area
under the deck is dry and protected.  I am very pleased with the work and grateful that Walter had the confidence to take on this job.  I highly recommend him and his company, and I personally plan to use them again."

"I couldn't have been more pleased with Charm City Roofing. Home repairs, especially roof repairs were something I dreaded to think about. My experience with Charm City Roofing changed all of that. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! Dispite this headache, while waiting for the removal the Charm City Roofing Team checked in with me periodically, maintained my tentative install date and continually assured me they would get the job done. The roof was completed as promised and I couldn't be more happy, the installers showed up on time! roof was completed in one business day! "Vince from V&C was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.  I would highly recommend him to anyone, and I will be recommending him to my parents and friends who need gutter cleaning and repair work done.  He was honest and upfront about everything during our first phone call, and from his other great reviews on Angie's List, I was confident that he would do a great job.  He gave us a rough estimate of the cost of the work we needed over the phone, as he wasn't able to do an on-site estimate (which I totally understood).  With the cost of gas and travel being what it is, I don't blame him!  Not only that, but he is very busy with other gutter jobs, so he took a description of our house and gutters over the phone, and gave me a pretty solid estimate without having to actually come out here first.  Works for me!
My initial call set up a job appointment about 2 weeks out.  I felt that if he is that busy, then he must be pretty good!! (and worth a little wait) He confirmed the appointment a couple of days before, and also called and texted me when he was on his way that morning.  I appreciate the great communication!  
Vince and his assistant completed the work in about 1.5 hours.  They cleaned all the gutters, spray-jetted the downspouts that needed to be flushed, and also cleaned off the siding on the house in the areas that they worked on.  Vince re-attached the front gutter and replaced some old bent gutter nails with new screws and brackets.  He re-pitched angle slope on the rear gutter, and spray cleaned that one as well.  He removed one section of downspout in the rear and removed a pretty bad clog.  While Vince was on the roof, he pointed out some exposed nails and other roof issues for me, which was very nice of him!  With his leaf blower he used to blow out the gutters, he even offered to blow some leaves off of our patio!  After the work was completed, he even wiped down our porch and spray cleaned our sidewalks and front porch to clean up after the job!  Quick, clean, and professional!  
We are having V&C come back in the spring to install an additional downspout in the front and rear of our house, as we only have 1 per side, and the house is a bit wide for just 1.  They'll also be replacing the last remaining old gutter in the front with a new one (with screw-mounted hidden hangers instead of nails). Vince took measurements while he was here, and we are going to schedule the work soon.   I watched all the work happen, and Vince explained everything he was doing as he went along.  They worked quickly and cleaned up like  they were never here!  Vince gave us a fair price on the entire job, and even offered to give us a deal on yearly gutter cleaning if he comes back next year.

"I am happy with the completed project. I needed ceiling repaired from water leak, painting of the walls, ceiling, trims and doors of entire first floor, including stairwell with high ceiling. Jaime and his team were great to work with. I found them on Angie’s List, and picked them because they got excellent reviews, and well deserving based on our experience. "This is the first review I have ever submitted for a contractor. However, when a company offers this outstanding level of service they have more than earned a five star rating! After a severe windstorm damaged my roof, I called my insurance company and then researched / contacted several roofers in my area. As a result of so much damage most roofing companies were extremely busy. Walter Brown was the only one who had their staff working diligently to take calls, and somehow managed to fit me into their schedule even though they were inundated with emergency work. Two workers arrived as the rain started and tarped the damaged areas. I researched brands of shingles before John Cisna came to my house to discuss the brand that they install.
