"JSD properties took a 2 car garage and turned it into grammas new home. This included an entire bathroom install, a kitchenette, a sitting room and a small bedroom. In addition, a new dining room was also added onto the main house. With a baby in the house we were concerned with who we dealt with. The work was great, very satisfied. Everything looks nice and works as it should. His crew was beyond wonderful. Not only were they multi-talented and handled every aspect of the building and construction process, they were very respectful, they took extra safety precautions because of the baby. I liked that at the end of each day, they completely cleaned up everything. I am very happy to know that I have a nice, comfortable space to help raise my grandchild in. Jeff and JSD Properties will be the go to guy if we plan any other projects in the future"

"If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had Garden State Home Remodeling come to pave my old torn up driveway and yard space and replace with asphalt. This was my first major home project and I was really nervous. Kelvin walked me thru the entire process from beginning to end. Kelvin was so professional and answered every question I had. Everything I asked for was done over and beyond. The crew did an excellent job on my driveway/yard. I’m more than happy and will use their services again!"

"Sal and his crew are top notch workers. They focus on your job until it’s done and the end result is amazing. They installed a vinyl floor in our den, added new molding, did some dry wall work and painting throughout our house. They leveled our uneven floors, remodeled our bathroom and installed ceramic tile flooring throughout our house. They also installed a barn door for our laundry room. And we couldn’t be happier with everything they did. We get so many compliments on how great the floors came out and how nice everything looks. Sal’s crew work hard and all day just to finish the job in a timely manner. We wish we had more money to do a few more projects because we would’ve loved for them to do more. We will definitely be hiring them in the future."

"Does not pay attention to detail, does not go the extra mile. Den was done in a rush, walls were not properly patched or sanded before painting. Did not cover anything to minimize dust getting through out the house. Not consistent in the quality of work."

"The team at Avstep were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They replaced our garage roof and helped us with joist work. They were right on time, were super efficient, and organized and cleaned as they were working. It was so nice to talk with them and were very upfront and honest. The whole job was explained in professional detail and gave us a quote for the job that we felt was very fair. The work started the next day and was completed in a day and a half. They are worth more than a simple 5 star. We will now be using them for the added work we are planning. You won’t be disappointed."

"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "
