"Raymond and his crew did an excellent and outstanding job installing a new water heater. Very professional and courtesy. Showed up on time, proposal was great, explained every detail and step, installation was flawless! He was even available at midnight when we thought there was an issue but realized it was no issue at all and he was ready to come to the house regardless! Couldn’t ask for a better service and company! Will use in the future for other plumbing needs! Highly recommended!! A Thanks again!!"

"I called Jimmy and he came out right away and tried to fix it first but came out to be the water heater needed replacement. He keeps you updated by texting and next day removed and installed new hot water heater and looks great. Very friendly and personable which goes a long way with me. Otherwise glad I hired them."

"Joe did a great job which covered everything I need to repair the connection to water main on the street, including drawing, permit, digging, paving... everything. Highly recommended!"

"I use them only because they cover my warranty. They give you an appointment for days after you call them you wait days for the part to fix it and to install it. They gave me an estimated time and the repairman shows up later Example: Twice my appointment time was scheduled for 12-4 pm and showed up at 7:00 pm or later . They have been unable to fix the air conditioning unit because of not having proper equipment for making. repair on the truck. The workers are courteous but I have found some operators in the call center rude and unhelpful . Upon warranty expiration I will not be using this company"

"Highly recommend. Very responsive and quick. The order was in in about a week and installed the day that they were delivered. Installation was extremely quick and well done. Iâ d give 6 stars if I could!"

"the plumber completed the job and the shower pressure works great."

"For replacing the broken water feed line from the road to our water meter in the basement, the army of six were efficient and happy to explain their action plan throughout the entire production. From my discussions with each crew member, is was clear that they enjoy doing good work with each other. I enjoyed watching how the Gold Medal team tackled difficulties and seamlessly moved from Plan A to Plan B as Murphy's Law struck.....as it usually does."

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"After fruitless attempts to even get a plumber to return our calls, we found Easy Flow through Angie's List. Mr. Robert Magliulo responded the same day! He was cheerful, friendly, and eager to be friendly and accommodating. He came the next day to evaluate the problem and to provide a written and reasonable estimate. Upon tackling the job, Robert found it to be more ticklish than originally thought. He was absolutely correct. It involved a shopping trip for additional supplies so that the finished job wasn't jury rigged. Despite the extra time and trouble, the final price did not change from Mr. Magliulo's estimate. The finished job proved to be a safe and professional solution to a serious problem we hadn't even been aware of. Mr. Magliulo made certain that we knew we could call on him if there was any problem. There hasn't been. We were delighted and grateful. I would recommend Easy Flow to anyone requiring plumbing services!"

"Had a water heater installed. Price was cheaper than what other plumbers quoted. They were able to replace my heater right away. Would strongly recommend them for a job like mine."
