"My current 10-year 7-month-old water heater from Bradford White developed some issues with the control panel. The cost of repairing the control panel versus a new water heater was a no-brainer. We opted for a new water heater and the service we received from Sam R, a technician for the Water Heater Company was outstanding. He is so meticulous in getting everything done correctly. He kept the work area clean and kept me well-informed on what needed to be done as he worked. I would highly recommend this company. I included the images of the old unit in the process of being removed and the finished project."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"The repair guy came within the estimated time and resolved my water heater issue, no charge."

"It went wonderful as usual. Chad is the wonderful and I can always count on McLay Services. They are just the best. I also use them for my heater and A/C and they are excellent and very fair. I highly recommend them."

"Leon Plumbing was able to repair our tankless water heater, where two other plumbing companies couldn't. Sev was awesome about pinpointing the problem and explaining in detail the solution. He even followed up a few days later to check in."

"Fast and great workmanship. Our water heater died and it was an emergency to get it fixed. Within 12 hours the problem was gone.."

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"I recently had a gas leak scare and called L.A. Plumbing pros. He was fantastic! The plumber who came out his name was Victor he was professional, communicative, and very efficient. He was able to quickly locate the source of the gas leak and explained everything clearly throughout the process. I felt confident in his expertise and appreciated his willingness to answer all my questions. The repair itself was done promptly and the work area was left clean afterwards. I highly recommend L.A. Plumbing pros for any plumbing needs, especially if you suspect a gas leak. Their fast response, clear communication, and quality service were all top-notch!"

"My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."

"Mike was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know all the options for replacing my water heater and did the work quickly and neatly. Will definitely be calling him again!"
