"Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. "David was amazing. I had downspouts and sump pump discharge drainage installed by him in my yard. He ran a drain pipe through my backyard to the end of the property. He also graded to slope all the low points in my yard. I no longer worry when it rains. No more soggy grass and sitting water thanks to him. He arrived early and completed the job within a day. "Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. I got a very professional reminder from backyard ponds in the mail today, and I really appreciate the reminder. Sometimes things like this slip your mind, but it's very nice that they remind you that winter is coming up, and you need to plan for the future.
