The job went very well and was completed in three days. Before we had wood siding and it was rotten now we put in hardy plank on so it will never rot. I choose a different color for my house and they did a great job, it looks like i have a whole new house!!! We are very pleased and will definitely use Mr. s company again."

I returned from vacation to find a leak in a spare bedroom from all the rain in mid-March. They had performed a repair for me around some flashing about a year ago and I was very satisfied with the work and reasonable price. Travis always comes out to inspect before I pay for anything. If he is not satisfied, he sends someone out to replace more shingles and complete the repair to his satisfaction. "A large tree limb feel on the garage and crushed the corner. Universal had the best bid (Significantly better) and followed up several times to ask for the work. Once hired they promptly got to work. The two workers repaired the plywood underlay, few rafters, and got the ?overhang? Back up and square. They painted undercoat and then matched current. The shingles on the damaged area were replaced. Afterwards they cleaned up. The supervisor came by to confirm work and see if I had any feedback. Overall very positive experience and would hire them again."

He was professional, on time, and kept in contact with me though the whole process. "Our house is 63 years old and had the original aluminum windows from 1956. After several bids we decided to go with Marty and Guardian Windows. The quality of the window compared to other companies seemed to be better. The installation crew (Fernando, Matt, Jim and Darrell) showed up on a Thursday, two and a half days later they had replaced our 25 windows. These guys were very professional and hard working individuals. Every rough opening provided a challenge for trimming out based on the age of the home plus the difference in the window width of the old windows versus the new. It was amazing the job they did and how "new" it makes our home look. We've had many compliments so far. I noticed one small blemish in a pane plus they actually found a "small" scatch in another but Fernando immediately contacted the window manufacturer and replacements will arrive with a few weeks.
