"They were very professional. The appointment they gave us was within just a couple of days. They were on time. They finished the job in a very timely manner. We needed to order a screen for a slider, they called as soon as it got in and came out to install it in just a matter of days. Their work is very good and they are very professional. We will hire them to install screens at our house."

"The job went very well. The sales rep gave us a quote and then met with us, took preliminary measurements, and provided samples of shutters. Another rep came out to take the exact measurements. Four or five weeks later the installer came. He did a great job. We are very pleased and would use Elizabeth Shutters in the future. Highly recommend them."

"We are very happy with the installation and the windows. They were extremely fast, but didn't skimp on doing the job professionally.  Clean, didn't destroy anything, and I would recommend them to others. <br />"

"After getting a total of seven quotes for windows, we just had our Milgard windows installed by Los Osos glass and would just like to say it was a top rate installation. The workers, Brian and Cody, were fast, efficient, professional, polite and cleaned up over and above.  For the estimate, the owner, Jack, was patient and thorough, answering all of our nit-picking questions and guiding us at his store to do some glass comparisons, etc.  Although some of the other bids were close in price, and the sales skills convincing, we are happy with our choice.Thank you to Los Osos glass in Los Osos, CA.Jim and Pat Keeney"

"After having a stellar experience with Templeton Glass at our place of business, we found the need for its services at our home. Our 18 year old sliding glass door was showing signs of moisture intrusion between the dual panes of glass and we wanted it repaired. Templeton Glass sent out a technician to assess the damage for the purposes of providing an estimate for repair. Upon doing so he noticed that our door&amp;#39;s manufacturer offered a lifetime warranty. Not only did he suggest that we first contact the manufacturer, Templeton Glass followed-up by sending us the link to the company to make a claim. We contacted the company who replaced our damaged windows with a brand new one. What other company passes up a $1500+ job to inform a first-time residential customer they can potentially get the job done for free? An honest, trustworthy one like Templeton Glass does! "

"Paul was a little late, but he called to let us know he is running behind schedule.  Once at the house, he got right to work, did what he had to do, discussed our options, and fixed the deck issues. <br /> He is very polite and professional and I believe his rates to be very competitive. <br />"

"I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. LOL I may have cut myself through my own stupidity but I did it. it was easy and I did not have to pay a repair man for a simple fix. Thank you so much!"

FAQs for new windows service projects in Paso Robles, CA

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
