Jonathon was very informative and came over the same day to give me a quote . I had talked to other companies and I didnâ t feel like the quality was going to match the price that they quoted, but with Premier I felt they were honest about what we needed and were ready to do what was necessary to get the job done. On the day of install , which only took two days to finish!, the Premier team showed up and weâ re ready to work. Everyone was polite and looked professional . The workmanship was top notch. And when it was all installed and time to fire it up , it worked flawlessly . All in all I would highly recommend Premier Heating and Air for any upcoming projects . "Nice man from previous work done. Habitually late or not initially prepared. Once started work is acceptable. Brought him back for several estimates. Late. Never heard back from him again. Already know I will be hearing from him as he does not find any B ratings acceptable and stated that he was no longer receiving work because of my rating. Being a kind man, felt bad and edited my ratings.  This last time, had requested bids for a backyard patio, floor replacement; walkway, kitchen, guest and master bath, window installations, and a few small easy repairs. Never heard back from him again. Previously had 3 contacts with him. Again, a very nice man unless you give him a B rating. I'm nervous about being honest here but my husband said to include my experiences as we were on a tight deadline to get the work done and completely missing our anticipated dates to get work done. "American Heating and Cooling relocated the furnace from the attic to an area where it makes it more acceptable. He did a great job. We plan on getting him to put the new air-conditioning in. He came in and gave us the same, if not more service compared with other providers for a lot less money. He's very honest and very, very straight forward. He does the work himself and his worker rather than sending in a technical crew. They were very thorough, worked hard and were very personable. They pretty much took care of everything that we needed. We learned about him through word of mouth."
