My washer needed servicing, and after what I and they thought would be an easy fix, they found that I had blown the computer's motherboard and it needed replacing. It took them a couple of additional hours to identify the issue. They advised me that it was cost efficient to replace the motherboard on the washer because the stacked washer and dryer I own is worth the repair. They also informed me that because they had not effectively fixed the washer that I would not incur any additional costs to the repair when they returned to replace the motherboard.
