He answered my detailed questions ahead of time and did not try to upsell me. While he worked, he did not mind that I hung around and asked even more questions, mostly, I think, because he knows what he is doing and is confident in that. Finally, when it became apparent that video scoping of the drain would not be necessary and when he discovered that one of the 6 drains had been plugged with concrete, so no cleaning was necessary, he knocked a substantial amount off the final bill.
