"Jeff was fantastic. Timely, helpful and affordable. While replacing my heater we ran into a leak and lots of dirt behind the water heater. Jeff insisted that the area be cleaned and gave me options on how to repair the leak without pressuring me into using his products or services. Water Heaters in a Hurry is a dream!"

"Great service. They were timely in returning my call. After I explained my problem, they were there the next day to inspect my clogged basement sink. They found the spot after checking the flow of water in several places. They flushed the pipes and the water drained quickly. They even gave me tips to keep debris from clogging the drain again. And the price quoted was the price I paid. They were respectful to COVID19 as they wore masks and shoe covering. I am well pleased with their service and will use them again."

"I needed a hot water tank. I checked Home Advisor that day and chose James and Family Renovations because they were able to see me the same day. They were here within the an hour and worked quickly and neatly. The price was comparable to the two other companies I called (one which never called back) and they even showed me the brand new tank with the tags still on it that they already had on the truck. I would highly recommend them to others."

"This Pro was professional in his approach to dealing with the situation. Very courteous and thorough. He completed the work in a timely manner."

"Josh was great! He was efficient and provided helpful advice for how to deal with hard water in my home. Would gladly have him come back again to help with another repair."

"It was freezing and snowing . Mr Greg and his team stayed late into the night to replace my water pipe and they were so professional, friendly and kind. Everything was cleaned up when they left. I would recommend this team when work like this is needed."

"Fernando and his team were incredible. I had an emergency at one of my properties and needed urgent assistance after hours. Fernando came out personally with his crew they found and corrected the issue rightaway. I also had them change four 90 gallon water heaters at two of my properties and they did an incredible job. What stands out with Fernando and his crew is how neat they work, how professional and knowledgeable they are, and they also left all three of my properties spotless cleaning up after themselves. I can't be happier with the work I received from them and now I have them on speed dial for all of my plumbing work."

"We actually scheduled Roto-Rooter services thru our regional Citywide Service Provider > American Water Resources Insurance. They actually performed minor plumbing by caulking shower trims in 2nd floor bathroom."

"Excellent plumber. Excellent work. Fair prices."

"Steve was amazing! He could have easily said he needed to come out for service but instead he said I’m going to call you right now on FaceTime!! He walked me through the entire process of how to relight my water heater. He truly is a gem and I highly recommend you look no further than him! You will NOT be disappointed!"
