Tom and two technicians came at 8:00 a.m. By 10:00 AM, a new gas boiler was in place, and one guy was working on the piping in the driveway while the other person was completing the installation. By 4:00 p.m. They call me to test the boiler. work like magic. The boiler passes its first city inspection for mechanical and electrical systems. I also want to mention that the price was very reasonable. PSEG estimate was almost twice the price. I recommended Tom to my next-door friend. So far, I am at a loss. "Ray was a pleasure to work with and he offered some good suggestions on "cleaning up my tankless-coil, 2 zone, hot water baseboard heating system and conversion of an 8 yr old oil fired steam boiler to natural gas via a Carlin EZGas Pro gun. Also went the extra mile by calling the boiler mfgr for assistance on a permit approval to step-down the Flue pipe from 7"- 6". The step-down was necessary to accommodate a SS chimney liner.
