"I have used Wolfram Merz in the past for repairs to my Central Air Conditioner System and re-roofing part of my house. He did a quality job in all aspects. So, in 2018, when a tornado ripped up a 70 foot Oak tree from six feet away and tossed it onto my home office extension (while I was in it), damaging the roof and three rooms, I called Wolfram to ask if he could be the General Contractor to manage the $29,000+ repairs specified by my Insurance company. I had never managed such a complex job before between the Insurance and Mortgage company and all the specialists that would be needed. The complexity of dealing with so many different agencies and contractors just made me so stressed out that I would have to sign in to the “Home.” Wolfram said he could manage all that and serve as my General Contractor.
