"We hired Woods Home Services in 2006 to install a sprinkler system on our lawn. We have had no problems until this past week. We had a water leak and called the city of Bedford. They came out and said it was the sprinkler system, and they turned the water off until we could get it repaired. It was Friday and we envisioned a weekend without water. We called the installers, Woods, and told them our problem. Within the hour, a young man named Trey Woods was calling to say he was on the way. He stopped the water leak and turned the water back on. Mind you it has been several years since they installed. We were told *sorry for the inconvenience*, and he is contacting us this week to come back to repair the pipe and turn the sprinkler system back on. We are so very impressed with their professionalism, and cannot say enough good things about them. Trey worked in the mist, mud, and cold so that we could be comfortable for the weekend. Integrity is the word that comes to my mind. Installed in 2006 and came within an hour to repair in 2021."

"Excellent. Tony and his entire crew showed up right on time on a Saturday morning. Tony supervised team as they figured out why my 4 lights kept shorting out. He described for me why the problem was occurring, what they were going to do to fix it and they guys were very professional. I will definitely use them going forward for my outdoor lighting needs vs the 'other guy' and we will also consider them for our irrigation services in the future due to our excellent experience with them."

"Ben was super responsive via email and provided detailed information.  On installation day, he was prompt, professional and provided all the information I needed to maintain the system and then some.  He did an excellent job putting everything together and in place in less than one hour.  I'm glad I went with the two barrel system because although I didn't think that downspout (1 of 5) handled that much water, it rained less than a half inch two days later and the barrels were probably 1/5 of the way full.  It proved to me that his estimates were spot on when it comes to how much rain is coming off a roof.  I'm glad I went with District Garden and will return to them if I decide to install raised beds in the future.  I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to solve storm water management issues. <br />"

"We had a patio installed in our backyard. We met Bill from Sharper Cut at a home improvement show in Upper Marlboro. He was very professional from the beginning and scheduled a follow up meeting for us to come out and meet with him on that day. Before we had the meeting, he came out to the property to take pictures and see the layout. We had previously had a drawing which we sent him ahead of time. When we met with him, he had prepared several different options for a patio, including landscape. He listened intently to what we wanted and implemented it, including the seating wall, pillars and lights. He was very patient, showed the designs, modified them based on our questions and requests, and explained things very clearly. When there was a delay with a stone that we originally chose for the patio, he had us choose another stone to our liking, without making any adjustments to the price. The crew that did the work, showed up timely and were extremely professional. They would have been completed on time but got delayed because of rain storms that soaked the yard. However, as soon as it dried up they came out and finished the project. We are extremely pleased with the patio and all of our neighbors that come and see it, absolutely love it. I have recommended him to several of my neighbors and would encourage anyone looking for quality work to be done for them to consider Sharper Cut. They are awesome!!!!"
