"They are wonderful. They made sure that I knew what I was doing with the new Samsung TV that worked like a computer.They cared enough to make sure I knew how to use everything. When my TV went out I didn't have any other TV. He was busy, but he did it that same day. I think he could hear the panic in my voice. If you were born in 1950, you're a "vidiot". They're really good. The guy sat here and really helped me out. He sat there with me with the remote. He showed me how to use the remote and how to use the TV. It was a much better job than I gotta tell you another company did when they installed, "Here's how you turn it on, and here's how you turn it off. Goodbye." They actually install all kinds of theaters in your house and I think security systems, too. They do a bunch of things. They are on Angie's List, because that's how I found them. He had a very busy day, but, to them, this is a really fast job. So, he made sure because he heard the panic in my voice. They are very polite, very businesslike, really nice people. They made time for me. There's no way I would leave a bad review for these guys. When he installed the Samsung, I couldn't get my smoke alarm in properly. He was tall, and he just stuck it back in."
