"Service tech, arrived late Service tech, left parts off the unit when putting it back together. Assumed service would include cleaning filters. Tech found leak in evaporator coil. To replace part under warranty, was quoted $1400. For a covered part. When I asked for a break down of quote, I was not given one. I have asked for over 3 days with no response. Spoke with owner Zeek, who claimed he would get back to me. He has not. The system tune up, is a joke, if you do not have problem with your system, it is of no value. I believe it is just away for the company to find something wrong and rape you on the cost to fix. When called out on how they arrive at a price for repair, company refused to break it down, for parts and materials. Since the part was covered under warranty the bulk of the price is labor. I found a competitor to do the work for just under $700. The same work Acosta was charging me $1400 for. Buyer beware of Acosta."

"This is a great company! They repaired our HVAC system quickly!!"

"The entire team of folks from Horne are very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. Michael Bullock our service tech is remarkable and did a great job of identifying the problem and extending the life of our old unit. He subsequently put us in contact with their new unit guys and they came out to review the layout and provided a fair price estimate. Brant the installers were on time, precise with the installation, duct work and outdoor aesthetics. Great team to work with!"

"I was given an order date/install date right away. The tech that came to the house was knowledgeable and friendly. In a very timely (and clean) fashion the job was done! I couldn’t believe it was that painless. It was carefully explained to me how the unit should be serviced, the expected life of the product and the quality of my purchase. No pushy sale pitch. I will only use this company for all work that needs to be done on my home. Looking forward to having a gas line safely installed soon! I’m happy to spend my money with an honest, small business family man who employs local techs that are trained professionals. Couldn’t be happier with Absolute Comfort."

"The serviceman that came out for my first visit was thorough and professional, and I was able to watch everything he did. I am a retired electrician, so had a fair idea what he was doing. No lame attempts to sell unnecessary parts or services. So far, so good.

"Immediate response with same day service.  Stopped by early in day on way to another site and quickly identified the issue.  Had to pick up replacement part  and came back after 5 pm to replace the unit.  Ensured the AC was working.   Contacted me a couple of days later to double check all was still good.
