However they said they would be there between 11:00 and 12:30 and would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, they weren't and didn't. I callled them at 1:00 and they did show by 1:30, diagnosed the issue performed a temporary fix for the agreed price, and went away to source what were believed to be the required parts. The di call as promised with the parts info. Overall they performed well, were courteous when on site, and the pricing was reasonable."

They said that the deal was for a two story house and they considered my house to be 3 stories, counting the basement windows. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
