He was well-spoken, got right to work after a brief friendly chat, and checked both the inside and outside components of the system. Believe it or not, he didn’t find anything wrong. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights. That'll be rectified ASAP, by the power company. "No Charge," said EJ."
