"They were excellent to work with giving us a complete detailed estimate for each of our 3 projects including all of our allowances. Including agreed upon payments schedules for each. They communicated schedules and any adjustment to those schedules, which were all minor. They cleaned at the end of each day of work to keep the dirt down to a minimum. As we did 3 different projects, each with their own contract, if we had not been happy with the first or second we obviously would have not continued to work with them. Friends of ours recommended Superior K&B and we are completely satisfied with their work, including their selected sub-contractors."

"Dennis did an excellent job replacing our electric water heater! We noticed our old one leaking one evening, and Dennis was VERY fast to respond to my Angi request for service. He was out the next day to install our new water heater and arrived promptly at the promised time. From start to finish, Dennis completed the work in just over 2 hours. "Very well. Rob was punctual and informative. He took his time explaining to me in colloquial terminology what was happening, not only with the intended project, but a few other things going on in our old house. He then went about working diligently replacing the drain and faucets in our tub. The work took a day and he charged far less then another quote we got from another plumber. Rob had to cut through a very thick and tough tile and cement wall to access the drain. Once the plumbing was installed, he then covered the hole with a plate which turned out to be a good option for the tub aesthetically."

In order for it to go quickly and smoothly it's important to have everything ready including purchasing the sink (if you are providing your own) and faucet, and the original counters clearing off for the template and removed for the install."

"See above. While he was here, I asked the provider for an estimate on another plumbing issue I had. He explained how he could do the repair and told me he would send an estimate but I never heard from him again. He did a very good job on my faucet replacement though."
