When I arrived at the appointment Chris pointed out many flaws in my previously replaced windshield. I told him that it not only took 8 hours of waiting but the passenger side wiper was slightly hitting and very annoying. Chris was unsure of salvaging the necessary rubber trim because the windshield had been very inexpertly installed. Chris replaced the windshield, salvaged the trim and performed all the service in less than 4 hours. I was delighted by Chris's service, knowledge and expertise. <br />"
