He prepares a detailed estimate, he's open to changes. We did review the specs for my kitchen island many times and he came out a couple of times to re-measure with me so that I got exactly what I wanted. Which in the end I did and it turned out perfectly! He was always on time, cleaned up after each day, told me what they would be doing and when. Kept me updated with any delays. His helper, Josh was excellent too. My new professionally painted/sealed cabinets, lighting, granite, kitchen island all turned out exactly how I envisioned it would.
