"We discover a leak in our main water line. With Richard Kashi's recommendation, we used a leak detection service to avoid digging in multiple locations. They found we had at least two leaks in the line. Richard and the leak detection pro recommended replacing the entire line since two leaks meant a serious problem. The line had been replaced about 12 years before, but they cut corners leading to our problem. The line replacement team was amazing. They ran a new, parallel line into the house above the previous leak. They also were able to tell me why we were having problems with the leak and through our wall from the old line. The difference in quality between the two was quite clear. They installed elbow joints instead of bending the copper, rerouted our pressure regulator in front of all other outlets (another mistake, wrapped the copper line with heavy tape before running it through the line so the wall wouldn't rub, and then pressure sealed the wall from both sides. I wish I had used them the first time."

"Our plumber was David Mospanyuk, we had 2 sinks leaking and he immediately identified a small problem on one sink and told us how to maintain the issue and/or fix ourselves if it happens again after fixing the leak of course. <br /> The 2nd leak was major and cleaned out the pipes and completely fixed that leak and again, told us how to better maintain so that we dont have the problem again.  While cleaning out another sink that was not leaking, he identified that rust had taken over and replaced the pipe only charging us for the cost of the part and not for the labor. <br /> David was very friendly and very detailed and explained everything before he did it to ensure we understood what the scope of work was.  I do appreciate a contractor who is knowledgeable and passionate about his work as well. <br />"
