There are two hand hold bars that keep me steady on my feet. They even installed a stone bench inside the custom shower stall so that I can sit comfortably when needed. "We decided to do a full remodel of our bathroom in December 2017 after having a leak in the shower that would have required replacing the shower at a minimum. We got quotes from about four different companies in the area, but we felt that Dennis listened to what we were looking for more than the others we spoke with. Dennis and his team were punctual, responsive, and professional. They made sure that everything was done well and to our expectations. While Professional Home Improvement was not the cheapest quote we got, they were in line with the other quotes and the project came in on budget. We anticipated that the lower quotes would have come in higher than the original quote, which was not the case with Dennis. He was up front about the costs. All members on his team were professional and respectful of our time and space. They kept the project clean throughout the remodel. They showed up when they said they would, and with the exception of a glass-cutting issue that was beyond Dennis's control, the entire project was completed on schedule. We will definitely use Professional Home Improvement again to remodel other rooms in our home in the future."

"I purchase the cabinets, sink and the hardware such as facets, shower heads and the glass shower doors. He took the time to explain things to me and used his professional experience to make recommendations to stare me down the right path. This project was for 2 weeks but it ended up being a 4 weeks. There are a lot of little things in the bathroom that was not done right. I have a mosaic tile with a pattern in it and rather that have the tile line up correctly there are quite a few spots within the tile that  it’s backward. I told them I wanted a white bath and they bought a half white bath.  The wires were not correctly done so a light fixture went out. I was frustrated because I was paying the project manager and they were not managing it properly. They were coming at 11 in the morning and they had to leave to work on someone’s garage door."

"They did a great job with replacing my tub with a stand up shower, and replacing my bathroom floor. Jim was on point with what was available and they could perform, Devin was on point with sales end, getting order and making arrangements for install. Problem was, beyond that there was no communication when needed, a few issues developed and I was unable to get needed answers. Fortunately, I was able to reach out to Devin and he was able to get answers, and get needed task completed. Outside communication block, I am very happy with work completed!!"
