They did arrive on time, but the window for the appointment was 3 hours (3pm to 6 pm). I had to call a few times to get feedback on when they would arrive. The quality of the job seems to be very good. However, they are pricey. If the pricing was better, I would hire them again for sure."

They came within the time frame provided (2-5pm) and quickly diagnosed the problem. A part was needed, so the plumber went into town to get it and was back within an hour with the right part which he installed in a few minutes. With the water back on, he inspected all of the faucets and fixtures to make sure there weren't any other leaks. The plumber was very knowledgable and quick. A pleasure to work with. I'll probably use them in the future for other plumbing work I have. <br />"
