"He responded to my issue the same day. He went an extra mile by contacting Moen to get the right model and order a replacement cartridge for kitchen faucet. After talking to Moen we discovered that sometimes there is a hole in the pull out faucet line. When we looked at the line we discovered it was loose and just needed tightening I will keep bucket under sink til I'm sure there is no more leaking but I am so appreciative that he was honest and was able to fix my problem with no charge. I feel like someone else would have come and just replaced cartridge and charged me when nothing really needed to be done. Someone this honest will definitely be called when I need a plumber again. "Very good! Chris called me almost immediately after I registered on Angie's List. I had already been told by my regular HVAC service tech that a replacement unit would cost about $7000 if paid in cash or offered me a financing/service contract for 10 years at $140+ a month!! Come on guys! Chris with B&B came by the next day (Monday), we talked and he offered to replace my current Goodman units with slightly better rated ones for $4500 and would do it the next day! He and his assistance were done in under the 3 hours the next day that Chris said it would take. Very happy with the products and the services so far!! "The installation and secondary service went fine; I do not think that there was anything that Bakers had done wrong or negligently.  It was an act of the installation, difficult to determine whether an item manufactured else where would function as promised.  I cannot fault Bakers for their service of the unit.  I have had no problems with the air conditioner, the hot water heater or the thermostat, all of which Bakers installed in the last 4 years.

He arrived within the hour I had contacted his company when my furnace suddenly stopped working the day before a very large storm was to hit our area.  After finding the problem he was able to get the part and install it without delay. I found him to not only be helpful and fair but honest, which is pleasantly surprising  sometimes in this industry especially when you are faced with  a sudden emergency. Instead of calling the big names I took my friends recommendation and called HVAC EVOLUTION Home Appliance Repair Heating and Cooling Services.  I was very glad I did and will certainly not only pass the referral on but I will also feel good about calling them in the future.

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"I was very pleased with my overall experience.
Our commode was leaking badly and I didn't know of any plumbers. I remembered the commercial on tv about "Angies List". I looked on "Angies List" for a plumber to hire and fix my plumbing issue. I located "tjm plumbing", he was the closest to my location. I call him and made an appointment for him to come over the next day and he was on time. When he arrived, he introduced himself to me and ask me to explain what the problem was. I showed him the commode, he took a look at the inside and as he was pulling out the flapper, (it looked rather spent), so he replaced it. He also tighten a screw on the bottom of the tank, he kept feeling of the line to see if it was leaking, and said I think that will take care of your problem, he said you might have to replace the bottom of the device that the flapper fits over (because the water kept running off and on), at least it wasn't leaking. He said to give him a call if I needed him to return, and he left. During the night it started to leak again, I found that the floor was saturated with water. I called him again, and he came right out that morning and this time he found that he had to replace the line that was rusted out and a couple of other parts. He didn't charge me anything for his time or cost of parts. I will hire him again, if I ever have another plumbing issue.
