"This is an excellent young company whose owners are professional and responsible. They used to work for a large company that our old central air condo uses but unlike THAT company, these guys are HONEST and actually do the work at a fair price! I called 8 other companies and had 2 other companies to our condo and they did absolutely nothing except charge me for work that they should have done. Chris and Steve did all the maintenance and cleaning work on 4 central air units and discovered a ticking time bomb in the master bedroom right over hubby's work closet. The overflow sensor was not working, and the pan was full to the lip and would have ruined everything in the closet and the teak floors below.
