Comments: Julio and his team did a fantastic job. My roof is 31 squares, Julio and his team were at my house at 7am and went right to work. They wrapped up the job around 6pm. What a great experience for me to have this work done quickly with high quality. The roof looks great. We also had new gutters installed and they make the overall appearance stand out, it looks like we have a brand new home. What was even better, when the crew left, you could not tell they had just installed a roof as you could not find any remnants on the ground of debris from the job. I highly recommend TH Remodeling to anyone looking to replace their roof. John Hazard was very personable, did not put a hard sales job on us, made sure we understood the process and what they were proposing, the needs for the different pieces and explaining what they might find once the roof was off and where additional costs may be. He fully explained the product they use (GAF) and the 50 year warranty. "After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder. However, they were diligent and professional throughout the process and completed the project on time and within budget. The wall looks great and is an appealing improvement to the home. We will be using them again to replace our patio in our backyard."

"I hired Paragon a year and a half ago in 2016 to remodel a small galley kitchen and bathroom in a one bedroom in Manhattan. Overall, I thought they did a really nice job and would also have rated them a B+ (like one other rater had suggested) had this rating been available. I enjoyed working with Paul B, and Kyle, and the rest of the crew. They were professional, hard working, and a bunch of good guys. I think their labor pricing was reasonable based on my other comparisons. While I haven't done any remodeling before, I assume there is always some hiccups along the way. Process-wise, I believe there could have been slightly more communication/written organization rather than relying on verbal (e.g., the initial kitchen back splash was tiled staggered though I had asked for it to be stacked. This was easily corrected but it would have brought more comfort had everything been in writing). I also felt the plumber could have been a bit more professional. I had bought a shower system that didn't seem terribly complicated to me but he didn't seem to understand how the system worked, scaring me to thinking that I ordered the wrong parts. Eventually he got it but I was surprised that he wasn't familiar with it. The toilet also wasn't set properly initially on the wax ring so there was some leaking initially with the toilet. That said, they were great at coming back and resetting and fixing the issue per their guarantee. I tend to be a picky customer in all aspects of my life. My bar is pretty high so i did ask them to redo some of the tiling in the bathroom as it wasn't as smooth as I had expected. Again, they did reset it and generally had a good attitude about it. All in all, I liked the folks at Paragon, and appreciated Tom letting me pick the specific material I wanted for the project. I thought the pricing was reasonable, the crew worked hard, and they were fairly responsive to my high bar. And 1+ years out, the renovation is still good with no signs of any problems."

"We needed the roof ripped off down to the boards.  The contractor stated they had to change boards but all was included in my price.  They showed up on time as stated and with a big crew,that were knowledgeable.  The roof was ripped off quickly and they immediately got to reroofing.I walked around the house with the contractor and everything looked great and they did a greatjob cleaning up afterwards. The gutters look great as well, love the seamless look."

"Had them remove the large old-school house fan and install a drop-down ladder in it's place. Overall great work. There was one day when the workers came a few hours late, but that happens and is understandable. The only part (which was my error I'm sure) that I was unhappy about was the painting of the door and surrounding ceiling was not included in the price - but I am pretty sure I told about it and simply forgot which was another $250. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
