"Tom, the salesman was very professional and answered our MANY questions before providing a reasonable quote. He didn't nag us to make a decision quickly or pressure us to buy more than what we wanted/needed like we experienced with other companies.  The installers were great and did beautiful work in the time they promised.  Our property is difficult to put up and move ladders because we have a ton of plants near the house.  The guys took extra precautions to ensure they didn't damage anything which was much appreciated. Clean up was amazing - I exected to find nails/screws for weeks after they were done, but only found 1 or 2. No other signs that they had even been there.  The price was very reasonable and beat out most other reputable roofing companies in the area. We were very happy with our decision to go with TH Remodeling and can't believe how quickly we had a beautiful new roof.

"I hired Paragon a year and a half ago in 2016 to remodel a small galley kitchen and bathroom in a one bedroom in Manhattan. Overall, I thought they did a really nice job and would also have rated them a B+ (like one other rater had suggested) had this rating been available. I enjoyed working with Paul B, and Kyle, and the rest of the crew. They were professional, hard working, and a bunch of good guys. I think their labor pricing was reasonable based on my other comparisons. While I haven't done any remodeling before, I assume there is always some hiccups along the way. Process-wise, I believe there could have been slightly more communication/written organization rather than relying on verbal (e.g., the initial kitchen back splash was tiled staggered though I had asked for it to be stacked. This was easily corrected but it would have brought more comfort had everything been in writing). I also felt the plumber could have been a bit more professional. I had bought a shower system that didn't seem terribly complicated to me but he didn't seem to understand how the system worked, scaring me to thinking that I ordered the wrong parts. Eventually he got it but I was surprised that he wasn't familiar with it. The toilet also wasn't set properly initially on the wax ring so there was some leaking initially with the toilet. That said, they were great at coming back and resetting and fixing the issue per their guarantee. I tend to be a picky customer in all aspects of my life. My bar is pretty high so i did ask them to redo some of the tiling in the bathroom as it wasn't as smooth as I had expected. Again, they did reset it and generally had a good attitude about it. All in all, I liked the folks at Paragon, and appreciated Tom letting me pick the specific material I wanted for the project. I thought the pricing was reasonable, the crew worked hard, and they were fairly responsive to my high bar. And 1+ years out, the renovation is still good with no signs of any problems."

"I left a message with Seci to inquire about a quote to replace my roof. Keith got back to me the same day and we made an appointment for an estimate. Keith came to the house and thoroughly explained the roofing system. I knew this would be a big and pricey job as my roof had the original cedar roof plus 2 or 3 layers of asphalt shingles...and it all had to go. I got quite a few quotes for the roof. Seci wasn't the cheapest, but wasn't the most expensive either. I felt their pricing was competitive and had a good feeling about the service they would provide. Achilles came out and did a walk through and we moved forward with scheduling the job. On the day the work was to start, the crew was at the house by 7:30 am. They worked 12 hour days and were very efficient with their time. Achilles and Keith were always available for questions and checked on the job regularly. After the gutters were installed, they made sure I was satisfied with the entire job."

"Had them remove the large old-school house fan and install a drop-down ladder in it's place. Overall great work. There was one day when the workers came a few hours late, but that happens and is understandable. The only part (which was my error I'm sure) that I was unhappy about was the painting of the door and surrounding ceiling was not included in the price - but I am pretty sure I told about it and simply forgot which was another $250. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
