"I live out of town & planned in advance with Mr.Ozzy the start date. The proposed project was to take 3 weeks for completion. The bathroom remodeling began on time and there was approximately a week's delay in completing the project as a wall had to be unexpectedly torn down & rebuilt due to water damage, a major pipe had to be replaced and the wrong brand of window had been ordered. Mr. Ozzy was present every day for part or the entire day of the project. Mr. Ozzy, along with his 2 workers, Jesus & George were very polite & hard working. They cleaned up after themselves each day. I am not gifted in designing bathrooms & Mr. Ozzy offered very practical suggestions throughout the process. I also asked lots of questions and the entire crew were very patient with me. Obviously, I had to pay extra for the new wall & the major pipe that was replaced since these were unexpected problems that were encountered during the remodeling project. Otherwise, Mr.Ozzy's proposed bid did not change. I am very pleased with my new bathroom! I did not know Mr. Ozzy ahead of time but picked his company based on Angie List Reviews. I wholeheartedly endorse Mr. Ozzy for the quality of his work & his professionalism. Please note the price I paid to Ozzy construction was for labor, the window itself, recessed ceiling lights & a ceiling/hearing fan combo. I paid separately for the medicine cabinet, light fixture, grab bars, tub, toilet, sink & floor & shower tiles."

"From start to finish there were problems. Our bathroom is 4ft x 5ft (besides the tub) and we wanted new tile floor laid, paint and to replace the medicine cabinet/sink/vanity. Darryl White was hired to do the job. He was not able to fix issues as they came up and it was a struggle to get this project complete. He left us for 3 days without a toilet because he put it back on incorrectly and didn't diagnose the problem quickly. He didn't care at all about inconveniencing us. If I messed up a job I would make sure my client had a working toilet and not leave them hanging at 4pm until the next day (after 2 days of no toilet already). I called the owner Steve, but he did not help. The floor tiles were laid crooked. I had to go to home depot 6 times because he did not give me a complete list of materials needed. Darryl was not able to move the plumbing and was not able to resolve any problems on his own. I had to come up with each solve and in turn, he let me know how much it would cost. Next time I will hire a contractor who understands the basics of plumbing and electrical. Lesson learned. The only reason I am not giving an F is that it is finished and usable."

"Mateo built a 1 room 150 sf addition that resulted in a leaky foundation with water and mold inside. There were 6+ gaps/holes in the CMU walljoints that were 2”- 3+” deep where water easily penetrated. Also his tape and sheet rocking has cracked/gapped on all walls and the vaulted ceiling. The worst part was Mateo refused to stand behind his work and I had to get another contractor to remedy his work."
