We called him at about 8 a.m. on a Monday morning and he was at our door by 10 a.m. He repaired our dryer quickly, had the needed part on his truck and then went the extra mile to clean under, around and behind the dryer. "My gas log fireplace kept going out.  They came out and cleaned it and it lasted about 2 weeks.  They came back out a couple more times and each time replaced a part and adjusted the fir, finally getting it corrected.  All of this there was no extra charge, which I really appreciated.
